HDB Room · D13 Macpherson

Hi everyone! 👋 I’m looking for a room in Singapore. 📍 Preferably MacPherson area / near MRT 🏠 Single room, 1 person 💰 Budget: up to S$900/month 📅 Move-in: 1–10 October 🏊 Malaysian male, working as a swimming coach 🧹 Clean, quiet and no bad habits Looking for: • No shared/partition room • No maid room • Prefer not to stay with landlord • Free to come and go • Able to use washing machine • Simple cooking is okay (mainly noodles) • Wi-Fi preferred (can share/pay separately) • Aircon is not a must My work locations are Stevens and Tampines, so MacPherson would be ideal. If you have any suitable room or leads, please DM me. Thank you! 🙏
